  • We have co-winners at this year's 2014 3-Move National Tournament!  Congratulations to Alex Moiseyev from Dublin, OH and Lubabalo Kondlo from Port Elizabeth, South Africa as co-champions.  We recognize co-champion GM Alex Moiseyev as our 2014 US 3-Move National Champion and co-champion GM Lubabalo Kondlo as a winner of the 2014 3-Move Open National Tournament.
  • During the business meeting we decided to have a 12 player Master Division as a Round-Robin + 1 Repair Round for a total of 12 Rounds, Scoring per ballot.
  • Richard Beckwith, acting Treasurer provided a 2014 ACF PNC Bank Account Statement & ACF Account Balances.
  • We appreciate Michael Holmes, our Tournament Sponsor who bid, planned, and organized our 2014 3-Move National.
  • We appreciate John Acker for running players registration, collecting entry fees, checking player ratings and correctly placing opponents in their proper division.  He was also in charge of checking their ACF membership status.
  • The Tournament entry fees were $50/$30/$20.  Roger Doll enforced the ACF rule that life members got $10 off. This is the first time I remember that rule being enforced, which didn't cause a problem since the entry fees were already too low.
  • Roger Doll was the official referee, score-keeper, and director of the National and we appreciate his professionalism.
  • New Rate is your New Rate after calculating this tournament performance by our ACF rating processor Joe Moore.
  • Our Tournament entry fees were $510 from the Masters Division and  $180 from the Majors Division, making a total entry fees of $690.00
  • We appreciate Jim Morrison who assisted Michael Holmes with the Youth National Tournament.
