The crown jewel of the Alamance Co. Recreation and Parks Department, Cedarock Park is set on 414 acres in the rolling Cane Mts. of Southern Alamance County. Nature trails wind through the Rock Creek stream valley (a tributary of the Haw River). The old farm house and mill dam can still be seen. There are horse and mountain bike trails, courts for basketball, volleyball and horseshoes and two disc golf courses. Cedarock Park Center is a fully furnished house with full kitchen, heating and air.
