Due to lack of interest, Bob will not pursue the page-a-day checker calendar for 2006. He needed 500 orders to break even on the printing costs, which is a very tall order. He would like to try again for 2007 with some other marketing ideas.

Order Survey for New Checker Calendar Robert Pike, well-known checker author, is
looking into designing a 2006 Page-a-day checker calendar. These are the desk
calendars where you tear off the date for each day. Each day will present a new
checker problem! Information about the ACF will appear on the back.
I solicited requests at GAYP National.

how many calendars you would like to order. Price is $14.95 plus $1.50 sh. No
payment is required now, and the project will be cancelled if the number of

Hello Dr. B:This is an interesting project and perhaps a first of its kind for
Checkers/Draughts. I hope the players from around the World will be supportive
for this unique undertaking:-) Put me down for two and I hope many others will
